I thought I may have missed my last chance to see the Big Sunspot when I was clouded out yesterday(5th July) . Today was very cloudy & rainy too, but to my surprise I did get some glimpses of the Sun and even bigger surprises - the Big Sunspot was still on show very near the Sun's Limb & another tiny Sunspot. Image now attached. I imaged the Sun on 8 days when the Big Sunspot was visible on the Sun's visible disc - I wonder if the Big Sunspot might survive and reappear in about 13 days or so ?
Best of luck from Cliff
