Thanks Brian.

Basically its Lapland fairly safe but the snow brightens the sky, Africa, Putinland with its destroyed resources.

Or Canada. Watch out for bears. Snow brightness.
South America.
Australia.

Europe mainly dead.

Or observe from the middle of an ocean.
