LIVE Moon webcast with commentary - Saturday 19 November

Post by Peter Grego »

Hi all

A warm invitation to all lunar observers to view my next planned
LIVE webcast:

>>>>> The 17 day old Moon

>>>>> Saturday, 19 November 2005

>>>>> 01:00-02:00 UT (please note that this is Universal Time)

There will be occasional live text commentary. You can view the
lunar images live on my website at:

I will be using my 200mm SCT, probably afocally through a 7mm Nagler
and x2 Barlow to give a nice close-up image.

We will take a good look along the evening terminator of a waning
gibbous Moon. Libration will be superb for the southeastern portion
of the Moon, and we are set to have some great views of Cleomedes, Mare Crisium, Endymion, Vallis Rheita, Mare Fecunditatis, Atlas and Hercules, etc. Sit back and enjoy the view, or use it to plan your own lunar observing session.

Best wishes,

Peter Grego
