Does anyone have (by any chance) any of the previous lectures by Dr David Mannion? I mean texts, not the recordings or videos.

I don't do Texts! All my talks are spontaneous. I have one called Beauty of the Heavens coming up at Wadhurst Astronomical Society http://www.wadhurstastro.co.uk/ Wed 18th March 2020 arrive 7 pm for 7.30 pm. I try to give talks to the 8+ astronomical societies in Kent and East Sussex. My maximum range from Canterbury where I live is 60 miles (120 miles return). Thank you for your interest! David.

It really is amazing how there is never EVER anything in Wales by anyone

.
Celestron 8" Edge HD Evolution, Esprit 120mm triplet, 72mm APO, Sky Tee 2, 6" reflecting scope, William Optics Binoviewer, Quark Daystar Ha Chromosphere on 72mm ED, LVW8mm eyepiece and Celestron 19mm Axiom, matched W.O 10 and 20mm, and a few others, D4s, D810,

For info, I am Autistic, Aspergers, ADHD, therefore if I come over as a little "short" on occasions it is not intended, thank you

Dear Skyhawk

There are at least 10 astronomical societies in Wales go to https://www.skyatnightmagazine.com/advi ... k-ireland/

and also The Federation of Astronomical Societies lists over 200 in the UK see http://fedastro.org.uk/fas/members/members-a-z/.

best wishes David Mannion.

Dear Skyhawk

I do not understand. Just choose an astronomical society, check out their website and see what Talks are on offer! I chose Swansea AS which claims to be the oldest AS in Wales: Go to https://www.classroominspace.org.uk/ and they have 8 talks on astronomy this year. Good luck.
