The State of the Universe
Ronald G. Currell

The Universe is open.

The acceleration of the expansion of the Universe is so huge that the Universe can never be overcome by the gravitational attraction of all the various kinds of matter in the Universe. The Universe can never collapse into itself.

Knowledge and Proof.

There are times when Science knows something, but can’t prove it. This is one of those times. But the present state of knowledge allows us to deduce what is real.

General Relativity.

General relativity suggests that just before the big bang, a point with zero volume and infinite density contained all the energy of the universe. Space itself may be regarded as residing in this zero volume, also.

Special Relativity.

Special Relativity suggests that matter cannot exceed the speed of light, but it does not apply to the conditions surrounding the Big Bang because matter and light didn’t exist.

Hyperinflation of the Universe.

The universe hyperinflated suddenly. Energy expanded outward at millions of light years every fraction of a second. These are the processes that gave the Universe its huge volume and its Homogeneous and Isotropic characteristics so early on in its Creation. Many cosmologists agree that these characteristics were essential for the creation of life, as we know it. This was the beginning of the universe that we observe today.

The Age and Size of the Universe.

The age of the Universe, according to the study of the Cosmic Microwave Background Map, is rounded off to 14 billion years. We’re all pretty familiar with that magnitude. But the size of the Universe will probably be shocking to you. The size of the observable Universe is estimated to be around 156 Billion light years in diameter. How can this be, since it is only 14 billion years old??

Light traveling through Space Expansion.

Neil Cornish, an astrophysicist, explains how light travels through the expansion of Space: "All the pieces add up to [a radius of] 78 billion-light-years. The light has not traveled that far, but the starting point of a photon reaching us today after traveling for 13.7 billion years is now 78 billion light-years away. That would be the radius of the universe, and twice that -- 156 billion light-years -- is the diameter. That's based on a view going 90 percent of the way back in time, so it might be slightly larger.”

Space and Accelerating Expansion.

Space itself has Expanded. The Expansion of the Universe is speeding up and adds about 73 parts per trillion per year to the volume of the Universe. That’s a lot.

Beyond the edge of the Universe.

The Big Bang hyperinflated into a negative pressure that “sucked” the Big Bang into itself. That negative pressure, however defined, is what lies beyond the edge of the Universe and still “sucks” the Universe into it, causing the Universe to inflate into it forever. And this is why the Universe can never collapse.

Maybe....Maybe not... the accelerated expansion theory is still open to interpretaion

Surely this is a theological statement

General Relativity.

General relativity suggests that just before the big bang, a point with zero volume and infinite density contained all the energy of the universe. Space itself may be regarded as residing in this zero volume, also.

You can't have any kind of density in a zero volume, the density would be undefined.....ditto for space itself.

Special Relativity.

Special Relativity suggests that matter cannot exceed the speed of light, but it does not apply to the conditions surrounding the Big Bang because matter and light didn’t exist.

Matter cannot exceed the speed of light in a vacuum, in the conditions surrounding the big bang it most certainly wasn't a vacuum

Hyperinflation of the Universe.

The universe hyperinflated suddenly. Energy expanded outward at millions of light years every fraction of a second. These are the processes that gave the Universe its huge volume and its Homogeneous and Isotropic characteristics so early on in its Creation. Inflation theory is iffy ( technical terminolgy ) at best.
When I start seeing all these gravity waves then I might give this a bit more credit.

Beyond the edge of the universe.....interesting concept

Added my thought on some of these statements, which are my own interpretation and may be incorrect, although I think not !
