I'm in bandages & stitches again (left-hand was operated on Tuesday; right hand was done last month...hope this is it! ) so I've got time to catch up with podcasts, books and music for the next 2 weeks when stitches will come out. But here is website that some might find interesting and useful http://oyc.yale.edu/astronomy/frontiers ... rophysics/

Thank you Danny
Stitches are now off the left hand, so it looks like I'm all patched up for now Both hands are still sore but recovering well and I'm able to drive. I've even managed to play a few songs on the 12 strings guitar the other night. The way is up!

I notice that the above course is also available on iTunes U (can be downloaded for free and watched offline).
Also Open University and Stanford have several interesting astronomy/cosmology courses available (free) on iTunes U. Buf of course you have to use iTunes (U) to get them.
Ones I have found so far are:
Astrobiology and Space Exploration (many many hours - Stanford)
Astronomy (OU)
Mission to Titan (OU)
Physical World: quantum (OU)
Planetary Science (OU)
The Relativistic Universe (OU)
Space, Time and Consciousness (OU)
Probably loads more but a bug in iTunes does not allow you to search iTunes U if you disable the iTunes store (and I wont register for use the iTunes store) - so those are a few I have found with some random viewing.
Note that the public iTunes U is free (at least I've not seen anything not free).
