Another flea-market bargain of the week. This is a nice little binocular that looks virtually new. One eyecup was missing, but, being a specs wearer, I have to remove the cups anyway to get close enough to the eye-lenses. The optics are in pristine condition, giving bright, pin-sharp, star images. Not bad for just £5 :D .
Alas, this particular flea-market has closed for good this week and will be sorely missed by the townsfolk. As with many towns these days, the market is being demolished, and no alternative venue for the flea-market has been offered by the council.

Hello Brian, with all the bargains you've scooped up, it sounds like you could start your own flea market! Don't tell me that swmbo has already said that too often? Bob :D

Is it possible that "Golden Fuji" was the original name for Fujinon? This little glass is "Rolls Royce" quality, as we'd also expect from a Fujinon binocular.
I've found a spare eyecup in the rummage box that's identical to the missing one.
