hi I'm trying to get in to astrophotography and I'm having a bit of trouble I have a few filters high contrast sky watcher uhc filter a polarizing filter and a coupel of others I was trying some of them out last night although the high contrast filter worked really well on an eyepiece on Saturn I could make out the rings it looked really good infact wow came out of my mouth but when I came to use my projector and get a photo it wouldn't come out as good as I had just seen when using the uhc filter I couldn't get it in to focus on Saturn or the ring nebula it just looked fuzzy and the moon looked blue with it so did Saturn but when ive looked a photos that other people have taken with the uhc filter it looks a lot better like on orion nebula am I missing something I am on 1.25" fittings but when using the projector I have to use the standard eyepice's that came with the scope and Barlow could this be affecting my image as I use the bst starguider for visual work and I cant fault them so I was wondering would it be better to upgrade to 2" or stay on 1.25" till I get happier results I am on a skywatcher 200p with the EQ5 mount with synscan v4 and with a Nikon D3100 dslr 14.2mp any help would be great thank you in advance
