Hi,
Not heard any signal from the satellite for two days now (HA stopped prediction times yesterday, CalSky stopped quite a while ago).
Not found anything on the 'net about its demise (yet), wondered if anyone had any info (stella) ?
All the best
Dave

Hi Dave,
A quick look at the orbit evolution shows that it has plummeted at a very rapid rate, and I would expect that closer analysis will indicate that it
re-entered and burnt up in the atmosphere this morning (Jan 4).
Well done to those who monitored its fairly brief lifetime.

Hi stella,
Thanks for that, as you say it will brobably have burned up now.
On Dec 31st and Jan 1st I just heard intermittent static on predicted passes but on the 2nd Jan (Mon) pass at 12.41 UT I heard one of the strongest signals ever (voice and data signal) and that was the last time I heard anything.
I think it did realy well considering the problems they had when it was deployed.
All the best
Dave

Hi stella,

It looks like the last signal was heard this morning at 06.02 UT.
