 Post subject: Comet Iwamoto

Comet Iwamoto imaged last night with the Altair Astro 60 EDF and Altair GPcam on the Celestron Nexstar alt-az mount. This comet really had its skates on and was moving very quickly through the starfield, here processed separately and then combined with a stack of 30sec exposures of the comet.

Here is a short video covering 11 mins. The comet was also quite dim at over magnitude 10.
