Part of the Soul Nebula imaged last night with the Altair Astro 102 ED-R and the Canon 1000D modded cam on the Ioptron CEM 25P. 17x600 secs. Guided by PHD. No special filters, just my creative palette.

"The Soul Nebula is an emission nebula and a large star forming region which is located in the “Perseus Arm” of our galaxy and can be found in the constellation Cassiopeia.
Several open star clusters are present in the nebula, as well as a large radio source known as W5.
The nebula lies at a distance of approximately 6.500 light years."
