My friend from England has been staying the week with me and he brought with him my old Skywatcher ED80 and my old Atik Titan colour cam. So we decided to try a bit of imaging using my Ioptron CEM 25P mount. I must admit that mono cam and RGB filters is really the way to go. Nevertheless, the images didn't turn out too bad. The star cluster (NGC 869) is 10x15 secs and M101 is 10x240 secs and the rest are 10x180 secs. All were unguided. We used an Antaes 0.5 reducer so the f. number was 3.75 or thereabouts. No darks or flats were used, just a bit of processing in Nebulosity and Photoshop.
