The double cluster imaged tonight with the Altair Astro 60 ED, 0.5 reducer and ZWO ASI120MM. 15x60 sec subs, zero gain. No darks or flats. No colour as the clouds came in before I got the blue. :(

Very exciting image Brian, regards colour, I was looking at this myself last night in my little sp80 and although the light pollution is bad here in Leeds, I could just pick out the faint red tinge of some of the giants on the outskirts of the cluster. Regards, Bob

Hi Brian. Is there something in the imaging train that could be causing the "spikey" stars?

regards,

Brian, yes. It's almost certainly the 0.5 focal reducer. But I'm cool with it. :)
